A Walk to Remember--Cheer abound at spring commencement ceremonies

Hundreds of University of Iowa students received their degrees during spring 2012 commencement ceremonies May 10-13. (The College of Dentistry holds its ceremony June 8.) This year, the UI also presented honorary degrees to three Iowans, hosted a slate of commencement-related events for graduates and their families, and welcomed back a Hawkeye basketball player-turned-coaching-legend.
